14-Day Cancellation Policy for Accommodation Bookings
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines your rights and options for cancelling accommodation bookings made through our platform.
Right to Cancel
Accommodation bookings for specific dates are generally excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Regulation 29(1)(h)). However, we offer the following cancellation terms to ensure a fair and transparent experience.
Flexible Cancellation Period
You may cancel your booking:
Up to 30 days before the check-in date: Full refund
Within 30 days of the check-in date: Partial or no refund depending on the cancellation window selected at checkout (see below)
Non-Refundable vs Flexible Rates
At the time of booking, you may choose:
Flexible Rate: Cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds for cancellations at any time after booking.
All cancellation options and terms are clearly shown during checkout and in your confirmation email.
How to Cancel
Contact us at [email] or visit your booking dashboard to submit a cancellation request.
Provide your booking number and reason for cancellation (if applicable).
We will confirm your cancellation and process any eligible refund within 5–10 business days.
Klarna Payments
If you used Klarna Pay Later, cancelling your booking will either:
Cancel your payment obligation (if cancelled before payment), or
Trigger a refund from Klarna if payment has already been made.
Refunds will be processed back to your Klarna account.
No Shows or Early Departures
Failure to check in without notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the booking will be non-refundable.
Modifications
If you need to change your booking (e.g., date or guest count), please contact us at least 30 days before check-in. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability and any rate differences.
